Amazing staff, breathtaking property, delicious breakfast, private pool, spectacular views.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Chateau Valmy. The guided tour of the family history and wine-making tradition was fascinating. The beautiful surroundings and serene atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the pool area was simply exquisite. We also enjoyed the fantastic restaurant at the adjacent winery building and the exceptional Valmy wines. Despite a minor inconvenience with the Nespresso machine at breakfast, our overall experience was outstanding. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Velvety tannins from the southwest grape varieties perfectly marry with the breathtaking views of the vineyard, sea, plain, and Pyrenees. Ah, the touch of freshness from the Syrah, so gourmet and refreshing. And don't miss the trilogy of foie gras with candied onions - what a match!

As if a shower draining into the same room as the toilet wasn't enough, no veggie options in the restaurant. But who needs that when you have stunning views and outstanding wine?

The Chateau Valmy is a truly magnificent place to stay. As a senior woman, I was delighted by the charming and elegant decoration throughout the hotel. The general areas were impeccable, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious corridors and elevators available for easy movement. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the specific needs of senior guests. A little more attention and understanding from the younger generation working there would have made for an even better vacation experience.

The B&B, located near a castle, offers a prime location with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the sea. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and clean, with excellent amenities such as a Super King bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff is efficient and unobtrusive, providing a quiet and restful atmosphere. Breakfast, served on the terrace, is exceptional. guests can enjoy exclusive access to a pool and hot tub area, as well as a beautifully maintained park for walks.

Wow, what a stunning place! The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, with vineyards, mountains, and even the Mediterranean Sea in sight. The location was great, just a short drive to the coastal towns nearby. The hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, and we loved the privacy we had at the pool. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of cheese, meat, fruit, and breads to choose from. The best part was that they made eggs to order, and we enjoyed our meal while taking in the beautiful views.

Although our room was lovely, we did have one minor issue - the shower drained into the same room as the toilet. However, it wasn't a big problem for us as we showered at night and the floor dried up by morning.
